 职位描述： 

 Key  Responsibility

 主要职责:  
 Analyze  the  using  status  of  tools,  provide  optimizing  project  and  carry  out.  
 分析现场刀具使用情况，提供刀具优化方案并实施。  

 Provide  advanced  level  troubleshooting  for  transfer  line，  quickly  reaction  to  tool  Issues.  

 分析并处理现场工具问题，为生产线提供先进的解决问题的技术。  

 rack  tool  supplier  quality  performance,  support  tool  supplier  certification.  

 跟踪刀具供应商的质量，支持对供应商的认证。  

 Provide  technology  Support      for  TOOL,  include  pre-   set  ,  resharpening,  test,  electric  tool  。

 为工具室提供技术支持，包括刀具调整，磨锋，砂轮试验，装配工具。  

 Improve  tool  process  

 改进工具加工工艺流程  

 Compile  and  perfect  tool  document,  

 编写完善工具文件  

 Provide  tool  tech.  support  ,  help  product  line  to  improve  

 process  and  quality  

 提供刀具技术支持,协助各生产工艺的能力提升和质量改进。  

 Provide  guidance  for tool operators  to improve　process  

 工具加工人员提供作业指导。  

 Train for tool and  product line operators  

 培训工具室及生产线的员工。  

 Critical  Competence关键能力要求  

 Bachelor in Machine Manufacturing or related degree

 机械制造及相关专业的本科学历  

 2 years  tool engineer experience in automobile industry  

 2年汽车行业刀具工程师经验  

 Metal cutting technology  金属切削工艺学  

 Manufacture  process  制造工艺  

 Tool  design  刀具设计，包括选型，配刀。  

 Tool material and heat treatment  刀具材料及热处理  

 Numerical control  technology  数控技术  

 Time  management时间管理能力  

 Work plan  Design, and Implementation工作计划的制定与实施  

 Learning ability  学习能力  

 Communication　and  Speech良好的沟通能力
